材料:
- 蛋 : 4個 (蛋黄, 蛋白分開)
- 糖 : 30g, 50g
- 沙拉油 : 45g
- 鮮奶 : 40g
- 香草精, 萊姆酒 少許 (可省略)
- 低筋麵粉 : 110g (過篩)
- 泡打粉 : 1/2茶匙
- 南瓜泥: 120g
- 奶油乳酪: 60g
做法:
奶油乳酪加糖30g 打發, 分次加入蛋黄攪拌均勻 + 慢慢加入沙拉 + 鮮奶 + (香草精, 萊姆酒) 拌勻後再放入南瓜泥充分攪拌圴勻) + 低筋麵粉, 泡打粉, 拌勻

取1/3打好的蛋白加入 麵糊中, 拌勻後再利將剩餘的蛋白加入, 輕輕拌勻. 倒入中空模內
烤箱預熱170度C. 烤約40分鐘
倒扣放涼後, 才脫模.
