想起以前常拿蘿蔔與肉做餃子餡或做餡餅
這麼好吃的餡料, 怎麼可以把它給忘了
既然想到又嘴饞了...
蘿蔔刨絲, 放點鹽抓一抓,再把水擠出來
牛絞肉摻入一些豬絞肉, 拌入蔥,薑水攪勻
加入調味料:鹽,醬油,蠔油,酒,少許糖,胡椒粉將肉攪拌出筋
再放入薑末, 蔥花,一點沙拉油和麻油拌均勻
放入冰箱冷藏...
等要包時再把蘿蔔絲切碎拌入絞肉裡
4杯中筋麵粉放入1/4茶匙的鹽
加入1杯滾水用筷子攪拌
再加入1杯冷水揉成麵糰
醒20分鐘
麵糰分割20小塊,擀成圓片, 放入肉餡
捏成包子狀,口要收緊, 收口朝下稍壓扁
平底鍋熱燒, 放入一大匙油
用中小火把餡餅兩面煎黃後
再噴點水加蓋燜一下
ㄅ滋,ㄅ滋...
香噴噴的牛肉餡可要小心的吃
別被裡面的汁給燙著了....
